Player Council

"Player Council" is my original idea. On the RIF General Assembly, 7th of August in 2011, it was officially accepted as an organ of RIF.

The main task of the "Players Commission" will begathering information about all the players in the world and then updating itsince the information constantly changes.

Also, after we have already gathered enough information(contacts of 1000 players or more), we will start doing questionnaires amongthe players of each country.

We will start with simple yes and no questions and move onto more difficult ones.

Afterwards, we will do statistics and present this data toRIF, for them to understand the situation in every country.

Also, this commission will be the voice of the players,trough which players can present their opinions, ideas etc.

I am currently the main person responsible for running this council and I am constantly looking for new members who could help us in our work. If you have any suggestions, questions or things you would like to discuss that you think are related with the Player Council, feel free to use this topic for this purpose.

棋手委员会 ” 的主要任务是收集全世界所有棋手的信息，并持续更新。当我们掌握了足够多的棋手信息后（多于 1000 名棋手），我们将在各个国家的棋手间开展问卷调查。问卷调查将由最简单的 “ 是 ” 或 “ 否 ” 的题目开始，逐渐向更复杂的问题发展。

之后，我们将依据问卷调查的结果进行数据分析，并呈现给 RIF ，使 RIF 了解各国的状况。此外， “ 棋手委员会 ” 也将成为 “ 棋手之声 by:web版 IP：已记录
